As a life-long student of spiritual paths as diverse as fundamental Christianity, conservative Judaism, Zen Buddhism, Sufi practices, and living Masters of Hindu teachings for Self-Realization, I have observed that all are founded on the most basic insight:  God is Eternal, Is in All of Us, Is in Everything, Is One without Second (Arica's Declaration of Unity).  If this resonates with you, I shall be happy to assist you to find personalized practices to further awaken your consciousness.

Why work with me?  You want someone with expertise in Psychology and someone who has traveled a spiritual path to the point of living a conscious life.  As a trained scientist and spiritual practitioner, I know what works and what does not, what's fuzzy thinking and what is valid.  However, this work is not for everyone just at this moment.  If you have a serious mental illness for which you are MEDICATED, working with me may not be appropriate at this time.  This work is NOT psychotherapy.

We will have conversations, first to find out where you are in your spiritual development and your willingness to take direction.  Our work together is to help you make sense of why life is so challenging, to open your mind to new ways of experiencing life, to give you practices to accelerate your internal changes, to Awaken you to the wonder of Being You, here and now.
